- MF7/HN4 – Joint Venture with Cabell Huntington Hospital to place a new aircraft and base in Portsmouth Ohio.
- Worked with Healthnet, who had operational control, to provide the planning and project management steps, while coaching them in the management of the project.
- Medflight to have joint governance sharing both risk, profit, and loss.
