  • Worked with 10 other Ohio transport programs for a 2 day safety summit conference in Columbus, Ohio.
  • Provided PM organization.
  • Site selection, speaker selection, marketing, and execution.
  • Conference Presenter – “Ambulance Safety.”
  • Project Team: Conference Coordinators, Education Committee, IT, and Transport Safety Representaives.
  • Cost: PM and IT Time.
